Visit the FAQ for help with saved answers, the timer and results. If you report an issue, include the page, approximate time and a short description. You may include a screenshot with private information removed.
Never send passwords, complete payment-card details or identity documents. We do not promise round-the-clock support.
Manage your current attempt
You can remove the test attempt associated with this browser. This deletes its saved answers and score from the active test database and clears the attempt cookie and its result-access record. This does not remove separate server logs or existing backup copies.
